Ing. Anida Krajina, Ph.D. – Neuromarketing research and practice finding its place in the Industry 4.0

Dr. Anida Krajina is a marketing researcher and digital marketing specialist, currently working for Optiweb, Slovenian digital agency. She has done her research at Masaryk University and University of Vienna and specialised in neuromarketing and consumer behavior. Her recent research explores visual attention on the shelves by using eye tracking technology in combination with other research methods. By merging academia and industry, dr. Krajina’s aspiration is to pursue ways to utilize innovative marketing research methods in the Industry 4.0.

Ing. Dušan Mladenović, Ph.D. Consumer Behaviour in Digital Economy – Paradigm Shift

Dušan Mladenović was born in Niš, Serbia in 1988. He received the B.Sc. (2011) and M.Sc. (2013) degrees in the business management field – marketing specialization from the University of Niš (Serbia) and Masaryk University (Czechia) and the Ph.D. degree in marketing communication from Masaryk University (Czechia) in 2020.

Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, Masaryk University (Czechia). Since 2015, he has been involved with teaching and research activities in areas of consumer behavior in the digital environment, digital marketing, Word of Mouth communication, etc.

He is the main author of 5 peer-reviewed articles and co-author of more than 10 articles. His research interests include digital consumer behavior, digital tourism, online marketing strategies, blockchain and DL technologies, etc. He is a frequent reviewer for Digital Business, Computers in Education, and Acta Informatica Pragensia.

Dr. Mladenović was a recipient of two prestigious (2012, 2015) awards for young talents provided by the Ministry of Sport and Education, Republic of Serbia, and one grant (JOINEUSee) provided by the EU Commission in 2011. He has participated in several international research and institutional projects.
