We have dedicated a long period to working with people – individual as well as group coaching.
The bases of our work are principles of Martin Seligman´s positive psychology. We focus on qualities our coached ones use in their work and in their life in general. Then, we study the impact of these qualities and the limits they have. We discover new opportunities how to make a better use of such qualities, and we study how to work with the limits.
When group working, we often make use of experiences (experiments) in order to use personal experience of our participants on a large scale. Due to this, the participants gain new information and stimuli about themselves. We process these towards a beneficial move forward.
During our workshop, you become familiar with five basic pillars which shall support you when being yourselves in your professional role to achieve results and be satisfied. We shall have a close look at one of the pillars by means of the experience.

SELF-CONTROL: How to learn to strenghten your willpower?
One of the main reasons of our inefficiency and postponing is weak willpower. Good news is that actual research proves that our willpower works like muscles. It’s possible to strengthen it with trainings. The stronger our willpower is, the more often we can convince ourselves to do meaningful things.
