Review

Each paper will go through the blind review process as follows:

  • After receiving the paper, a reviewer is assigned to the paper.
  • The reviewer has one month to review the paper.
  • After the review, the authors are informed of the results and invited to revise the paper as recommended by the reviewer, if necessary.
  • In the authors‘ revision, it is necessary to complete the change note template outlining the changes made to the paper.
  • After the authors‘ revision, or without the need for revision, the paper is accepted for the conference and publication in the conference proceedings.

Reasons for rejecting and not publishing a paper:

  • Being sent after the deadline.
  • Having more than four authors.
  • Not having the required form and title.
  • Not being in line with the conference topic.
  • Not being presented at the conference.
  • Not registered by the authors.
  • Not being evaluated by the reviewers as sufficient in terms of content, extent, and quality.
